We are very excited to present the Gi Wellness section with the aim and concern of offering a space of care and pampering on a physical, mental and emotional level.
A meeting space, accompaniment, where each person can discover a place to meet their concerns, find answers to their needs and acquire new knowledge and learning.


We do this through a schedule of weekly classes, fortnightly and monthly workshops that will help you release the stress accumulated throughout the week, reduce anxiety levels, increase self-esteem and self-knowledge, improve quality of life and manage your emotions.
To do this, you will have the support of the professionals who carry out the classes and workshops and the motivating energy that is generated with the group.


A dynamic platform that will offer different activities, workshops… according to the needs of our customers and where they are an active part of creating this space.
