Mandatory uniform


Duration sessions 1 hour 30 minutes.

Groups : Baby, Children, Kids, Junior, Youth - from 5 to 25 years approx.


Schedule - Monday and Wednesday / Tuesday and Thursday


Performances: a performance will be held at the end of the course.


Objectives : The discipline of Cheers Show is to combine music, dance and gymnastics in an attractive way so that the spectators enjoy the show. The performances shown by the Cheers Show groups always have the added difficulty of acrobatic movements along with balances of the components on top of each other and highly visual choreographies.

One of the main functions is animation, but in our School this discipline goes further. Not only do you take part in some sports matches by making the fans cheer for the team, but also by making important events such as advertising lines, "parades", artistic promotions, birthdays, weddings, communions, competitions...


Title : each student will obtain a diploma issued by the Gi according to the completion of the course. Therefore, it is mandatory to attend at least 90% of the classes.

What do we work on?


development  of motor qualities: elasticity, flexibility, strength, power, resistance... 


Psychic Aspects:

personal aspects: development of personality factors (awareness, regularity, discipline, retentiveness, etc.)


Social aspects:

the adaptation of the child in his environment and improves relationships with other children (friendship, cooperation, etc.)


Psycho-physical aspects:

development of psychomotor skills (coordination, balance, sense of rhythm, spatial conception, self-knowledge...), aesthetic training (sense of perfection, aesthetics, rhythm...).


Affective - social aspects:

always working from positive psychology to achieve a better result that is functional for the student. Using emotional intelligence techniques, always conveying values focused on positive socialization and highlighting the resolution of conflicts based on dialogues.

What is worked on in the sessions?

Dance : this discipline has a very wide variety of dance styles. Each choreography can have a mix of styles or a particular one predominates, depending on the teacher's goal.


Styles that are worked on:  Classical Dance, Jazz, Contemporary Dance, Lyrical, Urban Dances (Hip Hop, Street Dance, Break Dance, Poping, Loking...), Latin Dances (Salsa, Bachata...), Afro, Oriental dance...


Possibility of objects / materials: pompoms, chairs, umbrellas, towels, scarves, hats, etc. 


Technical base:

In all sessions, the students will work on classical and contemporary exercises in order to have the technical basis of all disciplines. It is very important to be able to have the necessary body control to perform any movement. 

Body control exercises, body blocking, positions, etc.


Ability to stretch and contract muscles. When elasticity occurs, the muscle has the property of recovering its shape after being subjected to a contraction. This is due to the fact that during the contraction phase it is shortened and during the relaxation phase it is stretched.



Physical capacity that allows the greatest joint travel. It allows us to perform larger movements with some part or the whole body.



Exercises that require a specific position of the body to hold with one or a few parts of the body on the ground. They require concentration and attention to be able to perform the exercise correctly. It is usually held with the hands. In this particular case, apart from increasing concentration, the student, when performing the exercise in balance, acquires knowledge of the physical body in operation called levers, that is, knowing how to counteract the limbs and the head to achieve balance .



Gymnastics and skill exercises that involve balance, agility, coordination and a lot of power (advanced exercises). Types of exercises:


Static:  exercises with a specific posture without movement that require balance, coordination and strength.


Aerial:  Combination of aerobatic elements landing on the ground with a single stance that stays in the air for a short space of time. Exercises that require agility.


No Aerial Phase:  exercises similar to aerials, but there is always a part of the body in contact with the ground. They all have mobility, they don't stay static at any time.



Result of adopting a specific position, statically, whether in balance or not, forming a spectacular and colorful image. This can be formed by a group of people who are overlapping or simply by one person.
