The discipline of acrobatics it is a fun and demanding activity that brings many healthy benefits. And it involves balance, agility, the concentration, strength, and coordination of the whole body.
Discipline for all levels: INITIAL - INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED
LET'S WORK IN THE CLASSROOMS
In all the sessions the students will work exercises of classic and contemporary base to be able to have the technical base of all the disciplines. It is very important to be able to have the body control needed to perform any movement.
Body control exercises, body lock, positions, etc.
Ability to stretch and contract muscles. At the moment the elasticity occurs, the muscle has the property of regaining its shape after being subjected to a contraction. This is because during the contraction phase it becomes short and during the relaxation phase it stretches.
Physical capacity that allows you to make the longest joint journey. It allows us to make movements of greater amplitude with some part or all the whole body.
Exercises that require a specific body position to hold with one or a few body parts on the floor. They require concentration and attention to be able to perform the exercise correctly. It is usually held with the hands. This particular case, apart from increasing concentration, the student when performing the exercise in balance acquires a knowledge of the physical body in operation called levers, ie knowing how to counteract the limbs and head to perform balance .
Gymnastic and skill exercises that involve balance, agility, coordination and a lot of power (advanced exercises). Types of exercises:
STATICS: exercises with a specific posture without movement that require balance, coordination and strength.
AIR: A combination of acrobatic elements landing on the ground with a single posture that stays in the air for a short time. Exercises that need agility.
NO AERIAL PHASE: Exercises similar to aerial, but there is always a part of the body in contact with the ground. They all have mobility, they do not stay static at any time.
Result of adopting a specific position, statically, whether in balance or not, forming a spectacular and colorful image. This can be a group of people who are superimposed or just one.
Each student will obtain the diploma issued by the Gi according to the course. Therefore, it is mandatory to attend at least 90% of the classes.
